My Story
Mobile Personal Trainer
I always knew I wanted to be a PT that made a difference. Since qualifying I have run my business as an entirely "no gym" based trainer - I work with all my clients outside at on park gym equipment, at their home or place of work. The freedom to abandon the sterile and negative gym environment has allowed many of my clients to rediscover and love their fitness training.

FAQs
Who do you train?
I train anyone! I always suggest we meet up for a chat before embarking on a program to make sure we are a "good fit". But I have trained both men and women of all ages.
What are your fees?
Please email me for a full list of prices - my pricing scheme rewards those who train more often and buy up more sessions in advance!
What do you teach?
I have a huge ranged of equipment and fitness programs available - I try to allow clients to try a bit of everything if they are very new to fitness and then tailor from there! Some of my favourite things to use in my training sessions are kettlebells, tabata HIIT, fitness boxing, and flexibility.
I have a medical condition - can I still train?
Hopefully yes! I require all potential clients to fill out a medical questionnaire and depending on the type of condition we may very well be able to work around your condition and possibly improve things for you. I have trained clients with obesity, sciatica, back pain, low blood pressure, anxiety and both post natal and menopausal women.

Please be assured I take all my clients health and safety very seriously and will only agree upon a training program which is appropriate.
What is a mobile PT? Why don't you train in gyms?
I am an all mobile personal trainer which means that I train my clients outside, at their place of work or at home. I have a huge range of portable equipment, or I train clients to use their own equipment.

I believe that fitness should be accessible to all and that the modern gym environment is often overwhelming and unpleasant for those interested in improving their fitness - plus unnecessarily expensive! I think everyone can learn how to keep themselves fit without joining a gym.
